Loosely inserted is a small printed form filled out in ink by Lewis for his contribution of 5 guineas to the 'Joseph Marks Presentation Fund' at Manchester University. Lewis has written his surname and college (Magdalene) in capitals and his degree 'Hon D. Litt' in lower case and a graduation date 1952 (?) and the amount of monies.
