After a nonsensical introduction by Peter Bergman the book has four primary sections - DRUGS / ELECTRONICS, SABOTAGE, AND SURVEILLANCE / NATURAL, NONLETHAL AND LETHAL WEAPONS/ EXPLOSIVES AND BOOBY TRAPS.
