Are you looking for a CLE course to maintain your VA accreditation? Under Title 38 CFR Section 14.629, the (DVA) Department of Veterans Affairs requires periodic renewal of your accreditation authority as an agent or attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans through 3 hours of continuing legal education every 2 years.
This 3 hour approved self-study video course - which includes a handbook for providing comprehensive information for all veterans disability claims - will meet your initial first year for CLE requirements or it will satisfy any ongoing 3 hours of CLE on veterans benefits law and procedures required every two years.
There is over 96 narrated slides that provide a wealth of information packed into this training. However, the 3 hours of video training is only a small part of this course. The reference handbook you receive, along with the claim support data disk and the supplemental information on representation and the charging of fees, is the equivalent of a college course on veterans disability benefits. All of this material will become your reference for providing advice to veterans in the future.
In this course are six modules that will cover the seven required areas of veterans law in title 38 section 14.629 that are mandated for maintaining your accreditation through continuing legal education. This course is based around the new fully developed claim process from the Department of Veterans Affairs and covers almost all the disability benefits. Fully developed claims result in timely decisions that are usually favorable. The standard claim process usually results in decisions that take months and even years and are often unfavorable.
Based on the amount of knowledge and experience you will receive from this continuing education course, your money and time invested in it will be rewarded many times over in the future.
