This text contains the papers which were presented at the Software Quality Management '93 conference held in Southampton, in March 1993. The chapters cover a broad spectrum of practical experience and research, much of which should be of interest to the newcomer setting out on the Software Quality Management path, whilst others should be of interest to more seasoned practitioners.
